Cancellation Policy

Shared tours and private charters follow different cancellation terms. Please review the section that applies to your booking.

We understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Shared (regular) tours

Applies to standard ticketed cruises booked on our shared tour experiences.

Free cancellation

You may cancel your shared tour booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Within 24 hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

Weather-related cancellations

If we cancel your shared cruise due to adverse weather, you may reschedule at no extra charge or receive a full refund.

Private charters

“Working days” means Monday through Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays.

Additional private charter rules

  • Due to lack of safety conditions or technical problems with the vessel: change of date or refund, without the right to compensation.
  • Date changes are allowed whenever possible.
  • In the event of cancellation after rescheduling, there will be no refund

Booking notes

  • 50% deposit required to confirm the booking; pre-reservation is valid for 48 hours.
  • Remaining balance is due 8 business days before the event.
  • The final program must be finalized at least 8 business days before the event.

Additional policies (all tours)

No-shows and missed departures

No refunds will be issued for missed departure times or no-shows. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Intoxicated guests

For safety reasons, guests arriving at the dock intoxicated may be denied boarding without a refund.

How to cancel your booking

  1. Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
  2. Provide your booking reference number.
  3. We will confirm your cancellation and refund eligibility.
  4. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
