PRE-BOOKING CONDITIONS:

1 - Pre-booking is made in writing and proposal priority is assigned by order of request entry, being valid until 60 days before the event date. After this period, Ondas de Ângelo may, without prior notice, accept other proposals for this date and time. We will always be available to reschedule your booking.

2 - Pre-bookings made less than 60 days before the event date have a validity of 72 hours until payment of the deposit.

3 - Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are subject to an urgency fee of 10% on the total final price.

5 - Any changes (menus, number of passengers, schedules, extras, etc.) and all final details must be defined at least 96 hours before the event.

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION CONDITIONS:

1 - In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the event, without the client being entitled to any refund;

2 - If the client wishes to cancel or make changes less than 96 hours before the event, they will have to bear the consequences of any resulting charges;

3 - Whenever, due to bad weather, it is necessary to cancel an event, Ondas de Ângelo guarantees clients their right to a credit equal to the value of the paid event;

4 - Events canceled by the client up to 96 hours before the confirmed date, Ondas de Ângelo retains 30% of the event value;

5 - Events canceled by the client with less than 96 hours notice before the confirmed date, Ondas de Ângelo retains 70% of the event value;

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

1 - 30% deposit upon award, thus confirming the booking definitively;

2 - The remaining payment, 70% up to 96 hours before the event (effective payment available within this timeframe);

 

VAT Conditions:

• Boat rental and extra passengers - 6% VAT

• Food menus - 13% VAT

• Drinks, extras and fees - 23% VAT

PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS

Insurance and Safety:

Our company subscribes to all insurance required by law for this activity. We are obligated to present vessels in perfect condition, properly licensed and inspected for the exercise of the activity. All vessels present are inspected by competent authorities for the exercise of the activity. All vessels have the rescue equipment required by law.

All vessels have on board:

• First aid kits

• Safety vests will be provided to all passengers

• All Skippers are properly licensed and certified and have the necessary experience to operate our vessels

• A safety briefing will be given to all passengers upon boarding

• Passengers must be responsible during the trip, thus increasing their safety on board

 

Well-being and Health:

No prior experience is necessary. To navigate, passengers must be in good health. Passengers prone to seasickness are advised to take a motion sickness pill at least 1 hour before the activity. The use of sunscreen at sea is recommended, even on cloudy days.

Clothing:

Use clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. If necessary, bring waterproof clothing or an impermeable jacket. Footwear can be boat shoes, sneakers or other types of non-slip shoes that do not leave marks on the deck.
