1. General

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Ondas D'Ângelo.

  • By booking a cruise, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Bookings can be made via the website, email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled cruise will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cruise are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed departure times or no-shows.

  • If a guest arrives at the dock intoxicated, Ondas D'Ângelo reserves the right to deny boarding. In this case, no refund will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

4. Guest Conduct and Safety

  • Guests must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew at all times.

  • Ondas D'Ângelo reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  • The captain’s decision regarding safety and conduct is final.

5. Weather Policy

  • Cruises may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions at the discretion of Ondas D'Ângelo.

  • In the event of a weather-related cancellation by Ondas D'Ângelo, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Liability

  • Ondas D'Ângelo is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.

  • Participation in boat tours is at the guest’s own risk.

7. Special Events and Private Charters

  • Custom events and private charters are subject to additional terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Ondas D'Ângelo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on the website.

Note: By booking and participating in a cruise with Ondas D'Ângelo, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, including the strict no-refund policy for guests arriving intoxicated at the dock
